Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 23, 2026
1. Introduction
Your privacy matters, and I want to be upfront with you: I do not collect, store, or have access to your personal information. This blog, written under the pen name Susang6, is a personal lifestyle and creative blog based in Missouri, United States — not a corporation or data-gathering operation.
That said, this blog does use two third-party services — Google AdSense (for advertising) and Google Analytics (for traffic insights) — that may collect certain data when you visit. If you leave a comment, Google’s platform handles that too. This policy explains what those services may collect and how you can control it.
By continuing to use this blog, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collected
What I Do Not Collect
I do not ask for, collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, or any other personal information. There is no newsletter, no sign-up form, and no account system on this blog. You can read freely without providing anything.
What Third-Party Services May Collect
When you visit this blog, third-party services may automatically collect non-personally-identifying information such as:
- Your IP address (typically anonymized)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Referring URL (the page that brought you here)
- General geographic location at the country or region level
If you leave a comment, Google’s Blogger platform may collect your name, email address, and comment content. That data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy — not mine. I can see publicly posted comments, but I do not store your personal details separately.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. I don’t set cookies myself — but the third-party services embedded on this blog do. Here’s what you may encounter:
Essential Cookies
Set by the Blogger platform to keep the site functioning — basic navigation and security. Without them, the site may not display properly.
Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics sets these to help me understand how readers use the blog — which posts are popular, how long people stay, and where traffic comes from. Data is aggregated and anonymized; it does not identify you personally.
Advertising Cookies
Google AdSense sets cookies to show ads that may be relevant to your interests based on your browsing history. I don’t control these cookies — they are managed entirely by Google. You can adjust your ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser’s settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, allow only certain types, or be notified before one is set. Note that blocking some cookies may affect how the blog displays.
4. Advertising — Google AdSense
This blog displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and browsing data to show ads that may match your interests. I don’t control which ads appear or how they are targeted — that is handled entirely by Google.
Ads displayed on this blog do not influence my content, opinions, or recommendations. Everything I write reflects my genuine interest and personal opinion only.
To learn more about how Google uses data when you use partner sites, visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To opt out of personalized ads, visit adssettings.google.com.
5. Affiliate Disclosure — Zazzle
This blog participates in the Zazzle affiliate program. Some links within blog posts are affiliate links. If you click a Zazzle link and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission — at absolutely no extra cost to you.
Affiliate links are included because I genuinely like the products, not because of the commission. My opinions and recommendations are always my own and are never influenced by affiliate relationships.
In keeping with FTC guidelines, affiliate links are clearly disclosed within the relevant blog posts. You will always know when a link is an affiliate link.
Zazzle has its own privacy policy that governs any data collected when you visit their site. I encourage you to review it at zazzle.com/privacypolicy.
6. Analytics
This blog uses Google Analytics to understand how readers interact with the content. Where possible, data is anonymized — meaning it helps me spot trends without identifying you personally. IP address anonymization is enabled, so the last portion of your IP is masked before it reaches Google Analytics.
If you’d prefer not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can install the free Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. It prevents Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits across any website that uses it.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal data — including the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Withdraw consent to data processing
- Opt out of the sale of personal data (note: this blog does not sell personal data)
- Request data portability
Since the data connected to this blog is collected and held by Google (not me), the most effective way to exercise these rights is to go directly to Google. You can manage your Google data and privacy preferences at myaccount.google.com/privacy. You can also adjust or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
This blog is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information through this blog, including through the comment section.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information through the comment system, please contact Google directly at policies.google.com to request its removal.
9. Links to External Websites
This blog contains links to external websites, including Zazzle and other sites I mention or recommend. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Once you leave this blog, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. I encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit.
10. Security
This blog is hosted on Google’s Blogger platform, which maintains reasonable security measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and no guarantee of absolute security can be made.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this blog after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
This privacy policy is provided for informational purposes. For legal compliance specific to your situation, consult a qualified legal professional.
